Hey guys. I've been looking at a camera for a very long time. Two that have caugt my eye are the Nikon D50 and the Canon EOS Rebel XT 350. I've heard very good reveiws for the Nikon but I also have a pretty good deal on the Canon. Which one is better overall?
 
There isn't a huge difference in the two. I'd get the one that's the better deal now and use the money saved for add-ons.
 
Don't listen to me, I'm biased. Nikon ftw!!!!

Get whatever feels better. They're pretty much a tossup. If you're serious about photography then invest in lenses and lights. At this rate, current DSLR bodies get outdated in 1-2 years.
