Camera w/5x optical zoom?

i'm looking for a good digital camera w/5x (or better) optical zoom that fits in my pocket.

i tried pc magazine but it doesnt list optical zoom as a category. just megapixels.

Anyone got links to 5x optical reviews?

I dont think there are that many 5x optical zoom cameras. The most common number is 3 and 4.

at 5X, you get so little light that the picture will end up with a lot of noise.

Even with 3X cameras you are often better off getting as close to the subject as possible and then just croping the picture.
