Camera suggestions?

I am looking to buy a new camera. I am not really into photography, but would like an entry level camera that I could at least mess around with. I do not want to spend a lot at all though. A little over $100 is alright.

I've been looking at the Canon Powershot A430 and it looks good to me. What do you guys think? Any other suggestions? Sorry for the lack of specifics as to what I want in a camera, but I know so little about cameras, I really don't know much to tell you. Most of the pictures will just be taken and put on my computer, but I'd like a camera that takes good quality pictures that I could mess around in Photoshop with. Basically what I am looking for is a camera that is good for somebody taking their first plunge into photography. Also, something easy to use with high-end features, but very affordable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You aren't going to find many high end features in anything around $100. $250 perhaps, but you're squarely in entry level.
