Camera Security for a nanny?

My cousin is hiring a in-house nanny for her 1 year old, and is wanting to set up a few cheap cameras in the house, for scare tactic if nothing else.

What is the cheapest way to do this? webcams? other? lmk

what is his budget?

he will need a computer in every room to use web cams(unless he wants to wire usb throughout the house).

if he has a big budget he can use wifi cameras like these
