The teen, who was not identified, told the man to leave him alone, but the would-be abductor continued to follow him until the boy pulled out his cell phone and began snapping photos. At that point the man jumped out of the vehicle and grabbed the youth by the arm, police said.

So instead of getting away from the pervo/slime/rapist/killer from the start, the kid fiddles with his phone gets grabbed by the guy and is lucky to break free

Well it turned out ok. If he hadn't took pics of that guy, he could have very easily found some other young kid to kidnap and sexually assault
