Camera Owners

My dad (aka n00b #1 of the family) got a HUGE fingerprint on my camera lens, and I just noticed it today. I've looked up how to clean it and it's pretty cheap, so I wanna run out and buy the stuff. However, the lens cleaner fluid that I decided I liked best (PANCRO) is something I've never heard of, so where can I go to find it? I was planning Circuit City, because I figured they'd have the lens cleaning tissues too.

For those who want to direct me otherwise, I plan on using a paintbrush, PANCRO cleaning fluid, and Kodak cleaning tissues.

I think the lens tissue and cleaning fluid should suffice -- until it's a lens cleaning brush?

Well, I went to eHow and it said to use a sable artist's painting brush, just to get any loose dirt off the lens. If I see one while I'm out I may grab it but I mainly am focused on the tissue/fluid.

I suppose that'll work as they have those old skool blower/brush combos to do the same thing. I was just making sure that you're not using a paintbrush whose bristles might scratch your lens. It's coated, too -- right?

Ehhh, I'm not sure if it's coated or not. As much as I know about producing videos and whatnot, my knowledge about how cameras work and their specific components isn't too great. When it comes to cameras, I could tell you what the nicest camera (HDR-FX1) is for consumers and that kinda stuff.

Anyway, I wouldn't use a bristled brush. The lens fluid is supposed to be good for coated lenses too.
