I have a pentax k2000 digital slr that I absolutely love. The external flash that came bundle with it is actually pretty nifty as well, but my old case doesn't have room for that and a lens (my case is a minolta branded one that came with a maxxum 35mm).

Any affordable bag out there that'll let me carry my camera, one lens, and room for the flash and some extra batteries?

Thanks!

There are lots of bags available. First define what "affordable" is in your terms. :) My working DSLR bag is a small Lowepro with a pair of slip on lens tubes. Some bags are so afforable that vendors give them away when you buy the camera.

i'd say sub-$50 would be ideal.

I seen plenty out there on amazon, but personal recommendations from you pros would help :)

I have the Domke F-6, and it suits my needs quite well. IIRC, I paid $70/shipped for it. It holds my K100D, a couple of lenses, flash, memcards/batteries, etc., with room to hold another lens or 2. So far it has been tough and durable, and the shoulder strap is grippy and fairly comfortable. I also like the fact that it does not necessarily look like a camera bag.

That seems like the perfect bag being discrete and has enough room for a second lens (even if it's small). I think most people would just think it's a messenger bag rather than some expensive camera and lens inside.
