I had some of this along with a bunch of other French cheeses while I studied abroad in Europe. Now that I'm back in the states, I had the sudden urge for some good cheese (not the heavily processed American crap), and bought a Camembert cheese wheel. I can't stop eating it. Anyone else like Camembert and/or Brie?

Camembert and Brie are relatively flavourless cheeses... like mozzarella.

Much more flavour than mozza, depending on which variety you get.

I live in Wisconsin and buy locally-made cheese at the supermarkets. Wisconsin cheddar >>>> Vermont cheddar :D

Much too bland for my tastes. The same is true for Brie. I like a pungency that almost makes my eyes water. Irish Dubliner is still, after quite a lot of search, still my favorite overall cheese. I also like Caerphilly, Cheshire cheddar, Dutch Parrano, a good Gouda (even a goat Gouda) and a lot of others I'm probably forgetting. I'll devour any cheese made by Kerrygold. Every cheese they make is delicious.

You should come to BC. Do a wine tour in the Okanagan valley near Oliver, then come to Vancouver and visit my local cheese shop :)

It's odd... I'm on here every day multiple times. I guess I do a lot more reading than I do posting.
