Cambridge Soundworks replacement policy?

The 2 rear speakers on my FPS2000 setup don't work, I'm not sure if it's the amp or the speakers themselves (haven't tested really). I just said screw it and left it alone, I can live with 2 speakers. But my friend says the speakers are guaranteed by Cambridge Soundworks and I can get them replaced - is this true? Anyone have any experience with this?

Why not plug the rear speakers into the front speaker jack on the sub to see if they work?

yeah, that's what I was gonna do, I just wanted to know if CSW would replace anything for me...

I don't see why not. You'd probably have to ship your speakers to them and then they'd ship you a replacement. Maybe if you get upset enough with the CSR they'll ship you a replacement earlier

Did you lose your manual on the speakers? I could dig mine out and read up if you'd like.

Well I just checked the wiring and I got them working, but one of them seems to be blown, it's all echo-ish. This was a problem from a while ago, and I had just disconnected it at the time (which explains why it wasn't connected now - duh). So I'll contact them and see what I can do about getting the one speaker replaced I guess.
