Very Simple acually
Keep your protein intake high
Try 1.5 to 2 grams per lb bodyweight
Fat can go as high as %50 of your calories -
EATING FAT WILL NOT MAKE YOU FAT IF CARBS ARE KEPT IN CHECK
Get many of your fat calories from olive oil and flax seed oil ( olive oil primarily)
Carbs should be limited to %20 or less of total calories -
You can eat a variety of carbs but try and eat most of them after you workout - You do not need carbs before your workout - You do not want to create an insulin spike before your workout - If you absolutely need to eat something before you workout have a piece of meat or a protein shake but keep it carb free
Do high intensity exercises - Work harder as opposed to longer
