I eat out alot. I was hoping someone could post a calroie chart or database that thats easy to search? I burn quite a few calories a day but I'm curious to how many I consume with my semi bad diet.
Fitday is nice because it lets you keep track and calculates everything for you. Calorie king is good because it has all of the chain restaurants' nutrition info.
