I don't know why that thread got me thinking, but is there a max caloric threshold to what your body can 'use' in a day? Here's an example:
Say your BMR is 1900 calores, and you consumed 6000-7000; mabye even more calories throughout the course of the day -I know that's not probable, but let's say you ate a dozen donuts
.. so obviously, the majority of the calories would come from fat in this example. Anyway, besides the 1900 or so calories that you use to sustain your BMR, would your body abosorb all of those calories in some way, or just excreted after not being able to be absorbed by the small intestine? I know this probably depends on many factors - like the time span when the calories were consumed, so lets say like 10 hours.
