2. the menu needs to be modified -
3. i will give you a picture of the candidate + some other generic city hall images
4. the content pages should be easily editable in frontpage2003 (preferred) or dreamweaver mx2004
5. add a blog / image gallery

No to crap in your thread, but you should probably get approval to post this sort of thing.

In all honesty, you get what you pay for. Somebody willing to do all of that for $50 might not be the best candidate. But it's up to you. Make sure this is kosher and best of luck.
