Is there an easy way to generate pixelated graphics (like the old Monkey Island and Indiana Jones adventure games)?
Let's say you have a photo and then run a filter and it looks like it was painted with pixels?

Kind of like this ... Pixel look
 
You could probably save it as a crappy, small picture, then enlarge it then save it again.

That will well work actually. Go to image size and increase pixels by X3 or X4 and save.
 
When you resize down and up, make to sure set the "Resample Image" setting to Nearest Neighbor. If you don't, PS will smooth out the pixels when you resize.
