I'm looking for some history behind this art work

PANATHENAIC PRIZE AMPHORA and LID - it shows Athena Promachos on side A and nike Crowning the Vicor, with the Judge on the RIght and the Defeated opponent on the left side...

It's found at the Getty museum, can anybody link me to a site that would have some historical background and analytic bs to it??
