I do martial arts to keep in shape...
but I do enjoy the fighting portion of it....
In fact, I've been scolded several times for using contact in non-contact sparing
Woops.

Haha!

Y'know, when I started taking TKD in Korea, they'd fight full contact without sparring gear for their promotion . . . and it was a bunch of 8~9 year olds! I sh!t you not, it was surreal - kids were dropping like flies, grabbing their stomachs and crying, but the rest of the kids didn't even stop to look at the other kids . . ..

Kinda freaky, actually.

Actually..the more pain you physically endure, the more strong your body gets..

Ever seen fight club?

I bet you that at the end of their training, they will be kicking ass even when they receive as much pain as they give, however, they will feel the pain less.
