Calling ICQ users who know what they're doing!

Hehe, I can't for the life of me find the option to:

Disable the response window from popping up upon incoming message

This is very aggrivating when you're in the middle of a game of something and it kicks you out because the icq response window pops up when someone sends you a message.
I've been trying different settings, and I can't find the one that turns that stupid feature off!

Can anyone help?

I've found about three settings that "kind of" do that, but trying all of them hasn't worked.
