I have a friend in CWRU (Case Western Reserve U) who's moving into an apartment (donno which, I'm not from there) in Grandview Ave.
So she's asking me about getting a connection on which route to go - DSL or Cable, and what package from which ISP to get.
Any recommendations from those in the area? In an apartment of 3 people, their budget is about $20-$30 EACH, and would sharing the connection among 3 people be ok? I think all they would do is surfing, email, webcam etc., prolly no heavy downloading.
