Shoot me some qualifications and I might know someone who would fit the bill.

The job description is interesting...oh wait. There isn't one. How about some info?

Or do you need my bank account info so you can transfer my winnings there?

There are ways, I am living proof. But it requires the right education and the correct networking.

My friend got one because of the job he applied for. He was in the military, got out, then a couple year later, they contracted out his old job, they hired him and did all the clearance work.

Generally an employer will get you the security clearances. My father was applying for a job at a company, and just to interview you had to have clearance.

I've only been in IT for 2 years and I live in Maryland, but for 100k I'd move to Omaha.

And yes I do have my clearance

Yea me too. Prob is this position is going to be filled ASAP and the person must already live there.

You know what; unless you're going to publically discuss the details of the job, I think you should take your headhunting elsewhere. You're looking to hire someone; most probably so you can get a commission or look really good to the boss and you're using this forum to do it.

The least you can do is not be rude.

ps
Without knowing the details of the job, I can only guess that this is a temporary position with Ratheon or another DoD IT contracting company, and the job will go away after 12 months. Too many military folks have gotten out of the service for the lure of easy, big money, only to have the job go *poof* after a year.

Dude I am not being rude. If you want the job details PM and I will gladly send them to you. However ranting because I did not post all the details of the position does nothing.
I have a very good reason for not posting the info. As for a commission yes I could qualify for one but if you were to ask the several people on this forum whom I have gotten jobs for its not for the money I do this because I love the ATOT community.

Cheers,
Darkstar

As to this statement I cannot speak on but what I do know this is not a temp position.

I'd be qualified but Omaha doesn't sound very exciting :p

PS this thread will self destruct in 5 seconds.

Depends on what your definition of exciting is. It's a college town with lots of typical drunken parties/bars/clubs, with thousands of blond haired, blue eyed midwestern 20-somethings running around.

The area is beautiful, cost of living is moderate. I liked it there. :)

The outer small cities (Papillion, Gretna, etc) are nice country style living. Small towns with little school parades on Saturdays. :)
