So heres the deal. I'm a student and got Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade thought the win741 deal. I then realized that I could have gotten the Professional version for the same price, so I just went ahead and dropped another $30 on a second license to get the Pro. Now since I just spend the last 24 hours installing programs (that was a fresh install) I don't particularly want to do that again.

My question is if I do an "Upgrade" will I be allowed to use my HP Upgrade on another one of my PCs?
 
Which is better anyways, whats the difference between premium and pro. Obviously Pro is usually the better one but...

Well you do get the XP mode feature.... but I figure 30 bucks is worth the upgrade.
