Calling all u alcoholics

Is there like a free bartending website or something?
I dont need to bartend, just wanna try them at home for myself and friends. something to give ppl other than vodka/sprite, rum/coke or good old beer (even though i love them).

If you hate the taste of alcohol, I would recommend a fuzzy navel. My girlfriend and metrosexual friend both like it. It's made with orange juice and peach schnapps. I used my favorite Florida orange juice (grown where I grew up, and I'm somewhat of a connoisseur), but the cheap airplane orange-flavored stuff might work too.

Alcoholics don't use drink recipes. We just drink it straight from the bottle.

Other than store brands (like Velvet), the best bang for your buck definitely has to be the 1.75 of Popov Vodka.

i dunno how u guys can drink any vodka besides grey goose (if taking shots).

ive almost had all kinds, and everything except GG makes me wanna throw up.

(Not that I am rich and only drink that, only the occasional times when i do. otherwise, $2/$3 beer keeps me going every week)

Orange Crush and Vodka, Lots of ice. I use the cheapest kind of vodka, since im broke, and want the biggest bang for my buck, me and a friend drank a 60 and more of Prince Igor ($50 for a 60) in a night. Or another good one is fruit punch powerade, orange juice and vodka, tryed that the same night, tasted awesome.

My sister swears by that. I don't drink cheap stuff like I used to. I drink Absolut when I want vodka. For the most part, though, I drink all kinds of beers. (I love stout ale!)

Grey Goose is one of the the most overratted spirts ever.
Luksusova is where it's at, so much better and so much cheaper.
But yeah, the idea of taking shots of Popov makes me shudder.

Absolute is also extremely overratted. Absolute marketing.
I love beer, but it takes me so much to get drunk that I'll drink so much that my stomach gets irritated. Not fun.
I've all but switched over to drinking liquor, pretty much all Cruzan Estate Dark rum as it's a nice sweet spot. It's cheap enough(20 for a half) that I don't mind drinking a lot and good enough that straight up or over the rocks is easy. Not needing a mixer means less calories and no extra money involved.

3 clues you will have a hangover in the morning:

1. Your vodka came in a plastic bottle
2. Your vodka has a name that was obviously chosen to "sound" Russian
3. Your vodka came from Kentucky

At one time, one of AT's members ran a site that supposedly had something like 10000+ recipes. Does anyone remember who that was, or if the site is still around?
