My question is:

If there a difference between a ATI RADEON 9600 PRO 128MB and this card? (http://www.power-color.com/r96a-c3n.htm)

If there is a difference, please let me know because I don't know whether I just got ripped off or not because the deal was almost too good to be true.

Thank You all alot!

That looks like the real deal. The core (400mhz) and memory speed (300x2 Mhz) are what to look at, and this matches ATI's pro.

Good thing you said that cause it turns out I do have an EZ model. It's a sticker on the box taht says "EZ 400/400 MHz" I have no idea what that means but I guess I'll return it and get the non-EZ one.

If it says EZ 400/400 then you did get gipped. You have only 400 MHz memory, or 2X200 Mhz. Real 9600 Pro's have 600Mhz memory (2 X 300).
