could I get the dimensions between the top left and bottom right mounting holes for the black plate on top of the northbridge cooler?

you can obtain the dimensions yourself within 1/16" or 1/32" just by measuring the
image & scaling the measurements using algebra.

after first checking that the motherboard image you're working from adheres to
the 12" x 9.6" ATX aspect ratio ... unless this board is board is bigger than ATX,
like 12" x 10".
