Very unlikely. My current car has a broken front sway bar and rear shocks, the replacement might be this week, but will probably have a manual, so I'd still be learning how to drive it by the weekend. 🙁

If you can get it into 2nd gear you're fine. No excuses! 😀

It's true, though...

Well, I'm going to test drive (aka figure out how to drive a stick in less than ten minutes) a black '06 Mazda 6, V6 5MT, 40k miles, new engine and clutch on Thursday, and if I like it, it'll end up coming home that night.

Good deal! That'll be a tank to flog around the atuo-x course and/or school, but practice some left-foot braking to get the back end to come around and you'll have a good time.

I drove a 3 last night, it's so nimble, but I feel like I could take a nap waiting for it to speed up. Anything feels light after a Grand Prix though. 😀

If you get a 3, get the 2.5L engine or Mazdaspeed3. I would recommend the Mazdaspeed3... but I'm a little biased 😉
