Pretty much anywhere else outside the military. Motivation and discipline are things you can learn on your own. Pay and travel from a job, education and training either from a job, a hobby, schooling, or a combination of all three.

You have 4 branches to choose from, it just all depends on what you like.
You like planes and stuff, the Air Force sounds like it would be for you.
Big ships? Join the Navy.
Be part of the toughest fighting force known in the world, be a Marine.
You get the idea, you have already made up your mind that you want to be part of the armed forces, you don't need our help, go to a recruiter and sign the dotted line.
