ASUS A8NE-FM

Specs:

Micro-ATX
Socket 939 AMD
nForce 4 Ultra Chipset
4 DIMM slots max 4GB
3 PCI slots
ALC850 8-channel audio
Firewire IEEE1394
GIGABIT LAN!!! (nVidia)
Other connections galore

EDIT: Apparently the above specs are GARBAGE and I was mislead by a UK-based computer store. :| The motherboard isn't listed on ASUStek's website, but I've seen from Sudhian forums and other places online that it's a vanilla nForce 4 with 10/100 LAN... I still hope it's a good motherboard. Sorry for the false hope :(:brokenheart:

Question: Does it have overclocking? There are already a few similar boards, but none offer decent overclocking.

@ OP, can you tell us what sets this board apart other than m-atx? I myself have been waiting for the ATI igp pci-e m-atx boards in s754 for a htpc, its got plenty of graphics for a htpc and should save me a lot of money. Just curious what makes this board so important?

Well for us s939 aficionados it's simply the most feature rich no-nonsense board out there. The layout looks good, specs look good - only thing is we don't know any OC options yet. HardOCP is also watching this motherboard closely: Linked to mATX OCing mobo discussion

Edited for removal of unintentional highlighting bracket :)

Warning, I have no special pull with Newegg :( I mean, just look at the number of times I've asked them to add online pizza ordering, and STILL no pizza.

Geeks calling Newegg... come in Newegg, this is Geek Command...

;)

BTW I can't find pics of it, is it passively cooled by any chance?
