Strep throat -vs- random sore throat virus -vs- cold w/post nasel drip -vs- ???. Went to sleep last night feeling perfectly fine. Woke up with a killer sore throat. If I suck on a cough/throat drop it is tolerable but just sitting here it feels dry, but a little mucus when I swallow sometimes, and irritated. Glands don't seem especially swollen. May have had a tiny fever earlier, don't feel too bad now except a horribly sore throat. Diagnosis???
