i got a lvl 25 sorc, and shes basically a nova/static sorc. i put 10 pts into static, and about 15 pts into nova. i get killed really easily in any act above 1. i need help. also, i always seem to run out of mana. do you usually run back to town and then get reengergized by that one person who does it for free?

Haven't played since around July 2001.

Amazon made it up to near Level 80, Paladin around Level 65.

Finished Diablo2 at Hell difficulty. Finished the expansion pack at Nightmare level, skipped Hell level because I thought it sucked.

You need to put skill points into Warmth, and attribute points into Energy. Warmth makes your mana recharge faster, and Energy makes you have more mana points total.

Get a hireling to do your melee combat. The Act II spear guys are nice because they have the Prayer Aura that heals you all the time when your adventuring. Give them a triple socketed spear with some gems or runes in it so they do decent damage.

i dont think you should have put that many into static, unless you have crap of items.
with my items, i got +11 skills, so i maxed out nova, warmth, and only put a couple into static. i regret putting in even that many.

I maxxed out Cold Mastery, Frozen Orb, and Warmth. Combining the max of 20 for the Skill levels with the Skill items I have, all of my Sorceress Skills are at level 29.

It's far more rewarding if you play the game the way it's supposed to instead of just skipping to the end.

What realm are you playing on? I have lvl 99 sorc and zon.. both retired, but my barb can easily bring you thru all acts in all difficulties. But if you are on any other realms besides USWest, sorry can't help ya there.

I've been Diablo II Expansion free for several months. I shall reamain so... I've spent way too much time playing that damn game.. I got like 4 characters level 80+. Sunshine is good for you. Follow my example. =D Quit now and save yourself!

Nik, I play D2LOD Closed b.net meaning you cant use those kinda hacks or anything. Pretty much all hacks that have been used in the past are patched.
