Calling all Dallas Mavericks fans :)

Dallas-Mavs.com is having another jersey contest! The winner gets to choose either a replica Michael Finley road jersey or a Dallas Mavericks hockey jersey featuring the new logo [photo].

This time, the winner will NOT be determined by a random drawing. Instead, I'm giving the jersey to whoever racks up the most points. To get points, you can either post a new msg on the board (1 point each) or refer new members to the board (15 points each). The contest ends on April 18th, so come on by if you want a shot at the jersey or just want to talk about the Mavs The cool thing is that the prize is completely up for grabs.

BTW, the msg board had to be reset last week, so all the threads and users from the previous board got wiped out. Everyone now has to start with 0 posts (meaning, 0 points). I'm having this contest to get things hopping again

Mavs are suck. I grew up in Dallas.... and they sucked. They have always sucked, even worse than the La Clippers.

Last Sat. I painted myself to go for free see the San Antonio game with my youth group, had such a good time, a few friends and I are going back on Sat. Night to the Houston game.

Last Sat. I was up on the jumbotron 3 times during one timeout after Nowitzki hit 2 3-pointers to put the Mavs ahead in the 4th quarter...I was holding a sign that said &quot;GIVE IT TO THE GERMAN!&quot; .

The German is Nowitzki, a should-have-been All-Star for the Mavs (he got the shaft - he'll get it soon enough though).

Hey I WAS a Mavs fan, I mean a J-Kidd fan. Dallas was dumb to trade away Kidd, Mashburn, and JJ. They would've been good sooo long ago if they kept them intact, even if they were unhappy.

Oh well, what do you expect, after sucking ass for like (6) years and doing good for one season (so far) what else is there to expect?

Heheh but seriously, I'm really happy with the way the team looks right now. Though I had mixed feelings about the Juwan Howard trade at first because I really liked the guys we lost.
