I like semi-sweet/dark chocolate. my favorite is dove, it's just so silky smooth and a perfect balance between sweet and bitter. yum!

Not all chocolate is good. Some of those cheap a$$, chalky, design on the tin foil wrap attemps at chocolate you get for Halloween or Easter make chocolate look bad.

I am very serious about my chocolate.
I keep on hand in my cupboard a
a few pounds of Callebaut
and
a few pounds of Valrhona Noir Amer.

Both can be purchased over the internet.

I know of no fine chocolate at any price anywhere else in the world.

Having been raised as a proper Dutch guy, I'm a chocolate expert :) Hmmmmm.... Verkade, Droste, Rhoningen etc etc. I'm hungry... I must have some piece of chocolate stowed away somewhere ;)

Good old Hershey's is the best for me. There are others I like, but none as good as Hershey's.

Ah, tagej, another chocoholic guy I see :)
Yup, Verkade I like very much. Droste (flikken) also. Côte d'Or is another very tasty one, especially the fine bittersweet chocolate with whole hazelnuts. Cadbury is another I like, the one with raisins and almonds.

Mostly, chocolate is chocolate (except the really cheap halloween stuff, that's plastic, blegh.) Being but a poor college student, my poison of choice at the moment is Dove Dark. Affordable.

Godiva, Ghiradelli, Kinder, Lindt are some of my faves. Cadbury mini eggs are also good.

<< All chocolate is good. Some is just better then others. >>

Today I will take my chocolate as bittersweet morsels baked in cookies :D

Godiva is quite good, however, I got some hand dipped chocolates from the Greenbrier in West Virginia. They were fantastic. You might be able to get them at their website.

The truffles were especially good...<slurp> :)
