I noticed a bunch of tiny white fuzzy things all over my car, and there is also sap on the car.

I lived in the same place and parked in the same spot for years, so I'm not sure why this tree would just start dropping sap and bugs on me....maybe it's dying? it is starting to drop a lot of leaves...seems early for that.
