Any Ideas on how to setup the plumbing ? Do I need multiple P-Traps?

EDIT: Forgot to mention that the main drain will have a Garbage Disposal unit.

i would make it look more Y like.. the left drain isn't going to drain so well being completely horizontal after the initial fall.

It shouldn't matter because you still can give it 1/4 inch per foot grade if the tail piece on the left is push farther into the slip joint (making it shorter) or in crease the distant of the tail piece on the right.

Depends on where the trap arm outlet is located under the sink that will dictate the orientation of the P-trap

Center outlet will have a horizontal tee (one tail piece on the left of the tee & the other tail piece is on the right).

Outlet directly under one tail piece with have a vertical tee and an additional trap arm pre P-trap run to the second tail piece.

Outlet on one side of both tail pieces would have a 90deg elbow that connect to the P-Trap and a horizontal tee to the first tail piece with one 90deg elbow to the second tail piece.

Trap arm code in layman term ? horizontal run from the stack (drain pipe) to the P-trap including horizontal pipe from P-trap to tail piece under the sink must be no more than 6? in total length. Unless the P-trap & trap arm increase to 2? piping (maximum size allow) to accommodate longer trap arm run to a maximum of 8?.
1.5? piping/P-trap (standard) ? maximum run 6?
2? piping/P-trap ? maximum run 8?

Nope... it'll look pretty much the same as in that hammerzone link, except that the horizontal section will come off the disposal unit (making that section slightly shorter.) If you have a dishwasher, it most likely will connect to the disposal as well via a flexible waste tube.

Nope. It won't have any noticeable effect.

Nope, unless you have to cut the wall and move the trap arm to accommodate disposal unit.
