Caller IQ?

I bought a Panasonic phone and there's a feature on it called Caller IQ. I know that OpenLCR.com is the site for it, but I was wondering what exactly I can do with Caller IQ and does it cost money?

Man, wouldn't that be great for people working the tech support phones? Imagine. . . You'd know the IQ of the caller before you even said hello.

Don't fvck with it. If you enable it once it comes back if you lose power and changes your long distance to 1.00 a minute.
