Caller IQ?

I bought a Panasonic phone and there's a feature on it called Caller IQ. I know that OpenLCR.com is the site for it, but I was wondering what exactly I can do with Caller IQ and does it cost money?

Man, wouldn't that be great for people working the tech support phones? Imagine. . . You'd know the IQ of the caller before you even said hello. 😀

Don't fvck with it. If you enable it once it comes back if you lose power and changes your long distance to 1.00 a minute.
