Need some ideas. I have call waiting/ID and my modem is not disconnecting for an incomming call. Am I missing a setting here? I do not have it disabled. Also, since I only have one phone line can you recommed a download to notify me when someone calls if I cant get the modem to disconnect? Thanks. GG
 
My USR modem came with an app that asks me if I want to accept the incoming call..email me if you want me to send it to you, Im not sure if it will help ,but it cant hurt
