Call of Pripyat Ending Question (Spoilers!)

So I just finished CoP and have some q's... are the endings different depending on what missions you complete? In mine there was some odd mention of Garry warning people away from Pripyat and that the mercenaries boss was never discovered... can I solve those two items or is it always that way? Those seemed like the only two mentions that were not good, the rest seemed to be complete but I could have missed something.

The other option is that Garry encourages everyone to go to Pripyat and it becomes filled with stalkers. This depends on whether you gave him the artifacts he wanted and maybe on the one shot one kill mission.

You can't find out who's behind the mercs. I guess that's for STALKER 2.

Odd, Garry never asked me for any artifacts... I killed both people in the sniper mission thing but I believe I told the guy I was going for the scientist. I'll reload a past mission and see what I can figure out.

He should have asked you for them while he was in the scientists' bunker, that way he could finish his contract.
