Anyone know how long before this happens?

I got an email from Call of Duty.com telling me that if I was a member, I'd be issued a key. From what I gathered, the FP Subscribers thing is for reserving a shot, but the website said that tons of keys would be issued, and issued simultaneously. So we'll see what happens.
