Call of duty:UO - system crashes/freezes - PLEASE HELP

My system works great for everything except gaming.

Specs:
asus pc800-e deluxe, p4 3.0 800mhz, 2x 512 kingston pc4000, 2x RAID 120 WD7200, Seagate SATA 120, ati 9600xt

Temps - from 40-52c on the cpu, 30c on the case

When i start the game it plays fine, but sometimes its 1min, other times 10 minutes, then the game crashes the system, and I have to reboot.

what can i do?

Does it do that with any other intensive 3d games ?

I was getting the same thing with UO. Regular CoD was working fine. Updated the vid card drivers (newest catalyst) and haven't had a crash since. 9700pro by the way.

i reinstalled the drivers, and cleaned everything, and then reinstalled the new drivers, it worked longer, but still crashed. I got a 500w thermaltake supply

maybe test the vid card in another rig. I had an RMA'd card from ATI do very similar things to me. I promptly sent it back for another RMA...
