Call of Duty-GOY Command Line/"Tilde" not working.

I'm trying to adjust the default 60Hz refresh rate but I can't even get the command line to come down. Activision's site says to access the Command Line just press the "Tilde" key. I've also tried Shift+Tilde, no luck. Any suggestions?
 
No I did not. So I have to enable the command line from the "Options" menu?

The COD support site failed to mention that. :|

I'll check that when I get home. Thx!

Something to that effect. I don't have COD installed, but I'm pretty sure there is a option to enable the console (command line).
 
Yes...you are right. I remember now...seeing it when I was flipping through the Option menus. I saw it, but I wasn't certain what it was for.

Now I am! :thumbsup:
