I wish the LMGs were more useful. The stoner should be good...but there just really isn't an advantage in using it over the ARs
I personally enjoy the M60, the slow fire rate and burst give a nice boost in accuracy, and compared to other weapons, its a 2-3 shot kill.

i ran that with extended mags while i hip fired my way to victory getting steady aim pro
the stoner is fun with extended mags, it fires so damn fast and its pretty accurate

Using the M60 with the extended mags is pretty sweet. That gun has a slow-ass reload time, but, with the extended mags, you don't reload, and free up your second perk for something else (Hardened or Warlord anyone?).
Pair it up with the grip and you've got a winner. Like RavenSEAL said, its pretty much a two shot killer.

so someone can prob answer this, ive been seeing people with colored guild tags which i know you unlock at various prestigue levels but people have them before they have even done it once. what gives?
I've reported his dumbass several times, with apparently no effect. Click the little "triangle with an exclamation point in it" icon and let the mods know he is being his usual tool self. Maybe with some help he will get a vacation and can spend his time planning the perfect video game, where NOTHING is compromised. :whiste:
Im with you somewhat. I loved the LMGs in MW2, as I only used them with thermal scopes and grips,.. I could snipe with them suckers!!
The stoner is my favorite, and I always have extended mags and switch scopes on it. The M60 isnt bad either, but I found it works best with a grip as others has said.
It's a glitch with split screen, i don't want to go any further, i'm sure i read somewhere stuff like that can't be discussed, you can always google search it or i'll tell you how to do it next time we meet up in game.
