Call of Duty 5: World at War Map Pack 2 X-box - How to get the green mist gun?

Hi,

I've been playing the new Zombie scenario - Shi No Numa - on the Xbox 360 and I was wondering how you get the Green Mist Gun?

I know you have to get it from the mystery box but we never seem to get it while I see a lot of other players get it on the first try. I can get the Wunderwaffe, browning and MG43..... but no luck on the green mist gun.

It's pretty much just luck but I have been told by others to try to hit the button to open the box when the question mark is the brightest. I always do that and seem to get the ray gun fairly often.

Yeah........ I heard about the brightest thing also. I just want to try the green mist gun.

No........ Wunderwaffe is the blue lightning ray gun. The green mist gun is like a pistol and shots green mist (kind of like a smoke ring).

I never seem to get it but see lots of guys online getting it.

if anyone wants to play zombies let me know..

i got good 2 player strat the gets to like round 15....

fyi your trench gun and thompson and better guns then most in the mystery box.

most of the time the box is just a waste of money

LOL, OMG you mean the Ray Gun. Yeah, it's much more rare in the SNN level.

Don't use the box for core weapons. As JoPh says, get the Trench Gun and Thompson, but but them. It costs more but you are assured you get the weapons you needs. THEN go to the box and cherry pick good weapons.

Don't forget: Make sure you play with people that have Headsets and don't go bandit. Strategy is key.

PSA: During the hell dog levels, you GET A DOG EACH IN TURN. Do not stick together, split up, but keep close enough that you can revive and downed team mate. That way Hell Dogs are easy.

I usually get the Thompson and got to the box to get an MG or Browning.

I really like the FG but I run out of ammo too quick.

Split screen co-op (2 players) we have gotten up to 21st level.

Multi-player online we have gotten to level 38.

I just want to try the ray gun
