Call of Duty 2!!!

I just got my PC Gamer Magazine today, and when I saw the cover I got excited. Like, I almost wet my pants.
Call of Duty, and United Offensive are my favorite games.

I've taken pictures of the article, and uploaded them. Please visit this link and read the latest news post:

You posted a random link, without coding it right, in a random forum on the internet, for a random topic... Welcome to the intarweb, newb.

My bad guys, I misstyped the link. Needed another 'N' in there. Sorry about that.

Yes, I'm a new member here. I actually came from techimo, heard them talking about anandtech a lot, and I was excited about the game.
So I posted the link on a bunch of sites last night.

Thanks for the welcome malak... I guess. The coding was right for phpbb. And I would only be described as a 'newb' to this forum board.

I always like when members post screenshots of magazine articles. That way I don't have to buy a subscription, but still always read the good stuff.

Sweet. I have not played all the way through Call of Duty...but I'm wanting too once I finish up HL2 and Doom 3.

Does anyone know what engine this will be built off of? The screens I could make out from the pictures look nice...but strategically taken screen from any modern game can look nice. I'd love to see a Call of Duty game with the interactivity of HL2...man do I love HL2.

I have had a lot of fun in the past 16 months that Call of Duty has been out playing it competitively. I was quite disappointed with UO and the way it is being played competitively though. It doesn't feel like a CTF type game, yet thats how CAL has put it together to be played.

It appears to me that CoD2 is more of CoD:UO with better graphics and a new engine.
