Hi, I just got my sx1030B from provantage.com
it really is all that.
but I haven't figured out how to open it up!
there looks to be some kind of keyed entry, but nothing came but the box itself which only contained the case, can anyone point me in the right direction?

pull the handle, it should open, unless it's locked. the keys, drive rails and everything else should be inside.

There really isn't any reason to take off the non-latched side for a normal installation. The latched side will have 2 or 3 screws up and down the vertical edge in the rear. Just remove those. The latch slides gently forward and then the whole side will come outwards from the rear with the front edge pivoting.

Inside you should find a ton of installation screws and some drive rails you screw onto your 5.25 drives to slide them into the bays. Nice case, you'll love it!

newbie, lol;). Yes, the sx1030 will be fine for your overclocked system. the sx1030 is one of the best cooled cases out. but for out of box uses, you may want to move one of the rear mounted 80mm fans to the front until you get more 80mm fans.

it is guaranteed ONLY if you have a heatsink at least as good as his, or if you purchased the heatsink from him.

and yeah, the antec sx830/1030/1240 are cool enough for pretty much anything, even peltiers.
