All you need to do is pick up the phone and dial Dell tech support. After you're done getting your issue resolved, ask Mumbai Bob to transfer your call to whoever you wish to speak to. :p

AT&T's tier 1 tech support could do that for ya as well.

(I spent over an hour with one of their morons the other day, then waited for nearly an hour to get to the tier 2 support in Kahleeforneeya, where the agent told me that there was a network outage.) :roll:

Actually, seeing the spammer get shut down reminded me of my call to Dell tech support a few days ago. Yep, 45 minutes of talking to a guy in India. Not that I condone spam, but the guy's thread inspired me to make this cheap parody. :laugh:
