Californian's.... does in-n-out take Visa ?

most In-n-Outs have ATm machines : however lately some have also added the ability to pay with visa.

The one in Irvine on University takes visa card now

Yes they do!

Double-double animal style, animal fries and strawberry shake was $8 on debit card. Animal style fries are nasty btw, I recommend the "well done".

In-n-out at UC Irvine does take visa/mastercard. I think they are the first one to do so. They also have an ATM inside.

The one in SF off of the wharf takes Visa. But thats the only I been too that takes it.
