Does anyone know of a way to calculate the vehicle registration fee in California?

Yes, I know it's going up because the VLF offset is being removed.

I doubt it's actually going to go up, the only one supporting it is Davis.

Apparantly it's already been enacted. And I can't find ANY information on how much stuff costs, like the fact that my compact pickup must be registered as "commercial".
