something about the voting machines being too old and unreliable. They were good enough to elect the loser, but i guess they're too old to recall him. And who's behind it, the ACLU.

Vote might not happen now until next year. Give us back our state, liberal swine!!

you woke up for that?

Just gives more time for Arnie to learn how to pronounce CALIFORNIA.

I don't care if he has an English deficiency, at least he's not a card carrying member of MENcHA. The last thing we need is to give the illegals more power in this state.

What, no circus coming to California?
The circus is already here. With 135 candidates, and showboaters like Arnie getting so much media attention by opening his mouth so much without saying diddly squat, we're living in a zoo parade.

The court just extended the engagement. They stayed execution of the order for 7 days to allow time for an appeal. Now, I wish they'd just cancel it and stay the execution of the state of California. 😛

Actually, Arnie pronounces it more like the traditional correct pronunciation.
It is actually more historically correct than the way Davis says it.

So, if I go figger out what the native americans called it, I could be more correct than anybody?

Would calling Great Britain "England" be more accurate even though it isn't?

I'm from Mendocino County, one of the counties with the old voting machines. Just hold the frigging recall already! Mendo is sure to vote Green Party anyway (hippies) so why do they care?

Sorry, HC, but I live in L.A. County, and we're stuck with the old punch card machines, here, too. I am NOT willing to risk the possibilitiy that my vote will be one of those hung by some numbnutz named "Chad." :disgust:

At least we can rest assured that the ACLU is here to protect us.
I'm sure the timing of their lawsuit has nothing at all to do with the fact that a liberal democrat was facing recall.
