Well he's right about the rain in CA...people here don't know how to drive in the rain.

I bet yesterday when there was a big downpour here where I live there were at least 5 wrecks.

People around here can't help but wreck when it rains hard. You could take the engine out of their car and they would push it into another one to cause a wreck in the rain. It's sad.
