It was 17 degrees F when I walked out of my house this morning. It was cold enough that my windshield wiper fluid kept freezing when I tried to use it to get the frost off my windshield. Its not even winter yet....

Yea..I hate you Cali fuckers.

Does it count that I will have to wear shoes tomorrow to work instead of Birkenstocks?

ITT: Third world citizens from third world states jelly of Californians.

Don't you know the plights of the privileged are magnified? :colbert:

There is a difference between lack of drainage and not draining at all.

There is no way any company would close down their Detroit office "everytime it rains".

What would happen if there were ten feet of water which washed away all the roads and infrastructure?

DAY OFF!

Hope some of that moisture makes it to CO so that we can get the winter started properly here.

We finally got a nice significant snowfall last night. During homeroom in the high school, it was amusing to listen to students whine about not having a snow day. We only received about 8 inches.

8 inches and didn't get off?

So a little wind and rain in California and their infrastructure starts taking a shit? Amateurs...

 I feel you bro. I grew up in upstate NY and lived in Rochester for a year before I moved out here.

My Mom is originally from the Grand Rapids area (Spring Lake actually). I know that area fairly well and I have spent many summers and a few weeks during the winter there.

No, we're having a party at our house on Saturday so I took the day off to get a few things done before the party.

I'm want to let y'all know we're all in this together. With the storm steaming down on us, the humidity has hit a sopping 13%.
