False analogy, here, let me fix that.

You CAN pay someone to implant a third kidney. You CAN pay someone for an abortion. Those are equivalent.

You CANNOT buy a kidney to have it implanted. You CANNOT buy a fetus to have it aborted. Those are also equivalent.

You have to consider goods and services as the same thing to support your ridiculous position. Once you stop conflating the two, you'll see how stupid you sound.
