Here in MN they are starting a recycle and reclaimation program jointly funded by the bussiness and public sector.

this is just another revenue stream to feed the empty general fund.

i'd rather pay when i go to dispose of my monitor rather than when i'm buying it, that way if i sell it on ebay or something i dont have to worry about disposal fees

Parasite illegal aliens? Interesting. Most immigrants in the state, particularly in silicon valley are there because business lobbies for their cheap-@ss labor to be let in so they can pay them minimum wage instead of a real salary that a whiner like you would ask for.

If you don't like it tough crap - its not the immigrants fault for wanting a better life, its your government's for the lax policies and your favorite companies for doing what they can to pay minimum wage. And if it really bugs you, go take one of their jobs away by picking grapes for 10-12 hours a day or go check 5,000 floppy disk shutters a day for scratches in some tech QC department.

As for the illegals, again, they wouldn't be there if businesses didn't hire them and want to exploit them for cheap labor.
